1. Applicants must be a Graduate of BSMT, BSME or other related maritime course;

2. Must hold a Valid Passport;

3. Must have a Valid Certificate of Competency ( COC ;

4. Training Certificates; and

5. Must have at least 12 months of sea experiences - domestic / international.
